Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return T2 COMMUNICATOR device from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the device must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your device must be in the original packaging.

Your device needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted Device/s are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned Device/s must be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned Device/s must have no visible signs of use.
  • Your device needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send an email to sales@woohoosecure.com with the subject: “Request to return Device/s”.
  2. Describe the Device/s you want to return and point the reason why.
  3. Point the email you used to purchase the Device/s.
  4. Print the confirmation email you received when purchased the Device and Subscription plan.
  5. Send all items back to this address:

Additional Information:

  1. Once we receive all items your subscription plan will be canceled.
  2. If you request a new device, your subscription plan will be paused and resumed when a new device is shipped back to you.
  3. All shipping costs for returning or changing the device need to be covered by you.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned items.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We can only refund your money to your original payment method and we are unable to issue refunds to a different card, different account, or different payment method.
